Your duties:

  • You will actively support our clients in the design and implementation of validation measures with a focus on research informatics and related regulatory business solutions.
  • You will take ownership of and manage computer system validation projects for our customers, taking into account quality, cost, and schedule requirements.
  • Your duties will include both involving stakeholders from various disciplines and advising managers and sponsors.

 

Your profile:

  • You have already gained several years of professional experience in the Computer System Validation (CSV) field across several projects.
  • You have experience in the development and implementation of validation plans and know how to introduce and implement effective solutions in an environment characterized by competing interests.
  • You have in-depth knowledge of relevant regulatory systems (Annex 11, 21 CFR Part 11, OECD, PIC/S, GAMP5, etc.) and know how to identify practical measures based on these.
  • You know how to plan internal and external audits and act as lead auditor.
  • You are empathetic and have good social skills, enjoy working in a results-oriented way as both a specialist and team player, and are prepared to travel (within the German-speaking countries).

  • In doing this, you will assist our customers using your deep knowledge in the fields of document management and business process modeling in the pharmaceutical industry, particularly in the areas of research and development, approvals, and drug safety.
  • You will provide assistance on our clients’ international ECM projects, taking into account quality, cost, and schedule requirements.
  • Your duties will include both constructively involving all of the stakeholders and advising managers and employees alike. You will be skilled at dialoging both with those business units involved in value creation and with the IT team, acting as a bridge between the two disciplines.

 

Your profile:

  • A successfully completed degree in a science or engineering-related discipline.
  • You have already gained compelling experience in business process development and in defining and implementing ECM systems in the pharmaceutical industry. You have a deep understanding of regulated processes in the pharmaceutical sector and how these can be conceptually depicted by means of the leading ECM systems (incl. Generis, EMC/OpenText, Amplexor, etc.).
